A Bluett award winning council is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Project Delivery team. The council's capital works budget has increased extensively, and the project's delivery team is growing exponentially. The team are responsible for delivering a range of community enhancing projects that directly impact the lives of their residents.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will be tasked with managing the delivery of a wide range of civil, open space and building infrastructure projects across the LGA. You will be responsible for planning, scheduling and delivery of multi facet projects including but not limited to, infrastructure, public domain, building and landscape assets with high public/political visibility. You will liaise on a day to day basis with key stakeholders, ensuring all parties involved are clear on the project directives and timeframes.
The Requirements
To be considered for the client side project management position you will hold a degree level qualification in either civil engineering, project management, construction management, or similar. You will have significant experience in project management of multi-disciplinary projects. Experience working in similar roles in Australia is essential, experience working in local council is highly desirable.
