job description

This NSW rail organisation is looking for a Project Manager to deliver a 24/7 Announcement Project throughout 135 stations by the end of June this year. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to work for a client-side government agency.

Reporting to the Audio Services Manager, you will have a clear set of deliverable which will begin with site visits of all Digital Public Address ready stations. You will then implement the configuration changes with the system supplier, followed by and test and commissioning of the new configuration. Lastly, you will handover the system to “Business As Usual” upon completion of your six month contract.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in delivering an audio related system, good communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with this rail organisation’s operational systems is plus.

The key challenge in this role will be adhering to a tight time-frame as it is essential that this project gets delivered on time. The initial three months in this role will be during standard work hours; however, you will be required to work 9 pm – 5 am for the remaining three months to achieve the desired outcome.

Remuneration for this role is $725-775 + super per day.

To apply for this role, please use the link provided or email your CV to inna.sidorova@randstad.com.au. For more information or a confidential discussion, please contact Inna Sidorova on (02) 9233 9901. Please note the deadline for submissions is Friday, January 25 at 12 pm since this is an urgent requirement so please apply ASAP to be considered.
