Permanent position

Our client is one of the market leaders in the development and manufacture of automation solutions for the health care sector. They have dedicated the last 21 years to developing the most innovative speciality systems, B2B directly from the Developer, Manufacturer & Installer.

An exciting and essential role is available for an experienced Project Manager who will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of projects from design, implementation through to completion at the client’s location

Key responsibilities:

  • Engage and lead cross-functional and geographically diverse teams
  • Manage timelines and resource engagement to drive resolution to critical customer issues
  • Overall managing of the project according to the plan with the implementation partner
  • Tracking and reporting on a project status
  • Managing and adjusting for any changes in project scope, schedule and or budget
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues
  • Facilitating requirements definition and specifications development, acceptance and sign-off
  • Monitoring progress and adherence to the contract
  • Organising and chair regular Project Team meetings
  • Ensuring timely approvals and sign-offs of project deliverables

The successful applicant will require:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in delivering successful shop fitting/retail/healthcare projects
  • Tertiary qualifications - Project or business management, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in Community/Hospital Pharmacy Industry or Healthcare Industry advantageous
  • Experience in automation or technology advantageous
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to demonstrate commercial acumen
  • Demonstrated relationship and interpersonal skills, with the ability to have authentic and robust conversations with senior leaders/key stakeholders/contractors
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of written and verbal communication
  • Customer service orientated
  • Hands on approach
  • Attention to detail oriented
  • Australian citizen or permanent resident
