Randstad Technologies is working closesly with an organsation based in the Sydney CBD to identify an experience Project Manager who has been delivering Cyber Security related projects.


Main Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated capacity to conceptualise, develop, implement and review the implementation of significant complex technologies - specifically in Networking (Cisco), Communications and Cyber Security
  • Proven experience in delivering of Cyber Security related projects; such as SIEM, Security Operations Centre, Managed Endpoint Detection & Response, Email and Web Security, Identity and Access Management or similar.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and experience in delivering solutions on in an enterprise environment with adherence to PRINCE2 framework.
  • Minimum 5 years with experience managing medium to large projects with business systems implementation and integration
  • Technical knowledge of security technologies, with recent project experience
  • Expertise managing suppliers for delivery of project and support services delivery within terms of contract
  • Experience with direct management of development and testing teams

Heading Description

  • High level interpersonal and team management skills for establishing good working relationships with fellow IT colleagues, the business and other stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of business change management
  • Strong capability with Microsoft Project and all MS Office products

Mandatory Requirements :

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget utilising the City’s artifacts and template documents
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Successfully manage the relationship with the business client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimise project risks
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Highly Desirable

  • Extensive SIEM / Identity & Access Management/ Managed Endpoint Detection & Response / Cloud Email and Web Security Gateways and Vulnerability Management knowledge essential
  • Understanding of UX/UI design and website development practices.
  • Understanding of CMS technologies and has worked on a project that utilised this technology
  • Having worked on an Identity and Access Management Project, with experience in delivering Digital Forms technology and Customer Identity projects
  • Working understanding of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies and Integrations Platforms.
  • Has working experience with the Microsoft stack of technologies including MS Dynamics CRM, MS BizTalk, MS SQL Server,
  • SharePoint and others.
