The Role: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a complex, multi-country payroll project. This role will ensure the successful delivery of the project within budget and on schedule, leveraging a deep understanding of payroll systems and processes. The Senior Project Manager will possess strong stakeholder management, project planning, and execution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Expertise:
... - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and regulations across multiple countries
- IDEALLY ADP, RAMCO or Chris21
- Provide expert guidance on payroll data migration, system configuration, and testing.
- Collaborate with payroll subject matter experts to ensure accurate and efficient payroll processing.
Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, HR leaders, and IT stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
- Manage expectations and resolve conflicts to ensure project success.
RFP and Vendor Selection:
- Develop and manage RFP processes for payroll system selection.
- Evaluate vendor proposals and select the best-fit solution based on technical capabilities, cost, and alignment with business requirements.
Essential Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in HCM payroll projects, preferably in a multi-country environment.
- Deep understanding of HCM payroll systems, processes, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with RFP processes and vendor selection.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Other Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP).
- Experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
