Randstad Defence is looking for multiple Project Managers, ranging from intermediate to senior level, to support various stages of the project lifecycle for either the Joint, Land, Maritime, or Aerospace Systems Divisions of CASG. You will be part of a larger, multi-disciplined defence team in this role. You will provide advice on project management approaches, including planning and scheduling, and conduct risk assessments.

About the Role

• Plan and develop project deliverables;
• Prepare tender and contract document
• Develop and review project risk, budget, FIC plan and execution strategies
• Prepare a precise Integrated Project Management Plan in accordance with project specifications to plan key project milestones, work streams, and activities.

About you

• Certification in project management, such as PMBOK, PMP, or Prince2;
• An understanding of the Defence Capability Life Cycle;
• Project Management experience across complex Defence projects;
• Extensive project management experience in CASG, preferably in Pre-Gate 0, Pre-Gate 1 or 2.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills;

The candidate must be an Australian citizen and have a Baseline or NV1 Security Clearance.
