Join a leading defence contractor in a key role on an iconic project here in Adelaide.

Reporting to the Training Development Manager you will develop the strategy and plan for the internal training organisation for the core work scope as well as develop cost estimations of future training facilitation.

In this role you’ll engage with senior stakeholders, subject matter experts across different service lines to identify capability requirements for current and future needs in Training and Development.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience managing projects and a demonstrated ability to plan, monitor and deliver excellent outcomes within timeframes and budget
  • Ability to work autonomously and the capacity to manage competing priorities and deadlines
  • A proven track record in leading an L&D function and specialist expertise in the design and delivery of capability and organisational development strategies
  • Facilities preparation
  • Cost estimation
  • Trade or design experience
