Join WA’s Tier 1 local government body–the City of Perth as Project Manager for an ambitious HRIS Implementation that will enable the City in its next phase of development. The City of Perth employs around 700 staff and is based at Council House in the heart of the City.
Reporting to the PMO Manager and with the support of a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the HRIS implementation. This is an opportunity to manage a project from day one and contribute to the PMO uplift at the City of Perth.
This role will see you:
... - Manage the relationship with the implementation partner
- Extensive stakeholder engagement and relationship management with SMEs from People and Culture, ICT, Finance, and external consultants and vendors
- Develop project plan and budget, monitor progress and identify risks
- Delegating across resources to ensure time lines are adhered to
- Maintain project documentation for future reference
- Establish project governance and schedule
Key requirements:
- Medium- to large-scale HRIS implementation project management experience
- Project management certification (PMBOK/Prince2/Agile)
- Knowledge of enterprise level cloud-based HR and Payroll solutions, or strong understanding of HR processes and systems
