Overview:
We’re seeking a Project Manager with an Architectural & Hospitality operations background to oversee an exciting high spec fit-out project from pre-opening to opening stage in this client side position.

We’re looking for a highly organised and motivated individual who can liaise with stakeholders at all levels ensuring project milestones are achieved while being able to put your hand to whatever project/ task may arise. Duties will include engaging with consultants and designers, reading and reviewing drawings and ensuring a high end design aesthetic is achieved. Experience in procurement is essential having sourced crockery, furniture, glassware, and POS systems in the past.
Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Architecture
- Hospitality operations experience
- Five plus years experience in a similar role
- Financial reporting and budgeting skills
- Procurement experience / FF&E
- Hospitality projects/ operations experience
- First class communication skill
- AutoCAD Skills

We’re looking for an Architecture biased Project Manager with a stable track record of employment and experience of overseeing the tender process, managing consultants and procurement. This is a 12 month fixed term contract however there are numerous opportunities and projects beyond this for the right person. You will have worked in the hospitality industry and been involved in working for high end restaurants, clubs and hotels through to managing projects within this sector. You will have first class problem solving ability, solid communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders while driving a project forward.
