Our client, a leading entrepreneurial contractor is seeking a well rounded Project Manager from the fitout / shopfitting sector.
Overview
This is a great opportunity to join a contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high quality commercial offices, retail and hospitality fitout projects. They’re seeking a hands-on Project Manager with a sound technical knowledge who is as comfortable working on site as they are in the office. You will have worked on projects with suspended ceilings, structures and in live site environments and be able to read drawings and understand the building code.
Key points:
- Offices, retail and hospitality refurb and fit-out project experience.
- Forecast and manage project budgets
- Ensure quality process and delivery across all of your projects
- Managing RFI's to clients, architects, and consultants
- Procurement including scope of works & complete tender packages.
Requirements
- A track record in delivering fitout projects up to $5m
- An ability to manage a programme and schedule and sequence trades
- Experience in Hammertech, Procore or similar
- First class stakeholders management skills
- A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
