    The Roles & Requirements

    #1 – Project Manager

    • You will initally be running a singular project - high end low to medium rise apartments which is D&C. Depneding on your capabilities you may be offered a second smaller project once the first is up and running.
    • Strong multi-storey apartment experience required and an ability to find effective cost savings through value engineering and design management
    • Good team management skills – you will have the support of one of this companies established CA’s and accomplished SM’s
    • You must have a stable career grounding and be able to demonstrate successful project outcomes as a Project Manager.

    #2 – Contract Administrator

    • A role where you will be working closely with one of this companies long standing PM’s across 1-2 projects concurrently depending on their size & complexity
    • 2+ yrs experience required with strong CA skills across the full life cycle – scoping, letting, management of claims, EOT’s, RFIs and project reporting
    • Opportunity for progression to PM if desired, whilst you will have direct access to the Directors on a daily basis for mentoring and development

    Whats on offer

    • Salary package up to $180k for the PM role and up to $140k for the CA role
