project manager - commercial projects to $5m.

Working on projects across government, institutions and high end private work in the corporate and retail sector you will be up to 2-3 projects concurrently depending on their intensity and complexity. Supported by a CA and/or PC and appropriate site resources this is role with a progressive company where you will have full control of your project and team. Your core skills and experience will include

• Delivery of high-spec refurbishment and fitout projects to $5m or more
• Project planning & development of construction methodology
• A strong ability to development, implement and maintain construction programmes
• Strong grounding in contracts administration, financial control and cost reporting
• An ability to lead, manage and mentor your project team
• An outstanding ability to work at the client and stakeholder interface and build long term, mutually beneficial working relationships
• Excellent administration, communication and IT skills

To be considered for this role you should have a track record at Project Management level, with experience in fast-track fitout preferred. With a project of this nature strong programming, budgeting and client management skills are required and you must be able to demonstrate a proactive approach towards quality and OH&S.
