The team is looking for a like minded and experienced individual to join the family and help grow with the business predominately managing the team's project portfolio on either the South Side of Brisbane and Gold Coast or the North Side of Brisbane and the CBD.
A professional and friendly work environment is on offer and direct access to upper management and ownership who are willing to trust staff to complete there work autonomously but will also be available to support as required.
Key Role responsibilities;
- Managing the overall success of your project and performance of your project team
- Support in the coordination and execution of commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to time lines and quality standards.
- A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.
- Client and stakeholder engagement
Experience/Qualifications Required
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects for the head contractor on new build projects up to $15m with similar sized businesses
- Experience with and confidence in collaboratively working with your delivery team and stakeholders to deliver outcomes and hit deadlines on quality projects
- An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
- Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
- A trade or tertiary qualification in construction
