My client is a heavy hitter in the tier 3 sector in Melbourne and are seeking an accomplished Site Manager to work on $5m+ commercial refurbishment & fitout projects whilst they also do a select range of new build works. With a reputation for quality and client satisfaction they have an enviable list of loyal clients and architects that has enabled continued growth over the past decade or more. Due to continued expansion they are seeking an experienced Project Manager and Contracts Administrator to join their team and work on $5m+ projects in the commercial refurbishment & fitout arena. . Experience in running interesting and high spec projects, or those in live environments and/or multiple work interfaces would be highly valued – projects include community, high spec property upgrades, institutional and educational works, health and retail.

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all time, budget and quality aspects of one or two projects at any one timeand will be partnered with one of the company’s long standing CA’s and have highly capable SM’s as part of your team. Ideally with refurb and fitout project experience your core responsibilities will be to managed the project to the specified paramaters of time, cost and quality. Strong stakeholder management skills, programming expertise and IR skills required. Pkg to $170k.

As Contracts Administrator, you will work closely with one of this company’s established PM’s and play a critical role in the financial management and of the projects. Core responsibilities will include document control, procurement, preparing tender documents and RFI’s, and processing of claims, variations and invoices but you will also get an opportunity to expand your horizons on PM duties if desired. Pkg to $120k
