Our client is a leading provider of industrial, electrical, digital and communications solutions, equipment and systems for the rail network. They are currently seeking a highly experienced Project Engineer - Rail for multiple projects across WA.

They are focused on performance that drives progress, creating transportation solutions that move and improve the world and have has approximately 30,000 employees in facilities throughout the world.

About the role:

• Working on complex Rail Signalling Projects based in the North West WA
• Responsible for the engineering success of the project
• Producing Technical Documentation & Plans
• Reviewing Technical & Design Queries from the Client
• Interfacing with the signalling design team & Construction team
• Assisting with subcontract management
• Assisting with estimates and schedule inputs
• Producing & Reviewing BOM’s
• Carrying out site visits and walkthroughs

The successful candidate must have:

• Extensive experience in Railway projects
• Strong focus on safety at all times
• Engineering degree
• Experience with System and Signalling Engineering Projects
• Good communication in both written and spoken English
• Experience with Train Control System
• Strong ability to meet targets and work cohesively with Project Management
