The Document Controller will be responsible for managing, organizing, and controlling company documents to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining an efficient document management system that supports the smooth flow of information across various departments. This role will involve both Document Coordinator and LMS duties.
The role:
... - Documents are received from customers that need to be quality checked.
- Check the template is correct, references are correct, and that document align with company regulations
- Communicating with the customer if errors need to be fixed
- Assigning effective date in system
- Assist customers with the system if needed
- Sending out of reports to customers
- Provide technical documentation support
Minimum role requirement:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in administration and document prep/scanning
- Present in a professional & corporate manner at all times
- Highly organised with an ability to take on multiple tasks
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Including outlook
- SAP & Excel experience - ideal but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Team focussed
