    Randstad is currently seeking a Project Coordinator/Scheduler who can operate with excellence and expertise with solid attention to detail and establish and maintain relationships. Our partnering department is looking for someone enthusiastic and not afraid of a challenge, making a positive difference and impacting community safety in Victoria.

    About your new role

    As a committed team player, the Project Coordinator/Scheduler will maintain programs and stream-level schedules that the Senior Project Manager and Stream delivery leads can use to manage workflow across the project delivery and guide the project to successful completion.

    2-3 days per week / 7.6 hours per day / 15.2 - 22.8 hours per week

    What you will need to exceed

    • Proven ability to maintain project schedules, including updating against baseline (previous performance), evaluation and communication of schedule after updates, including weekly reports and monitoring of activities and milestones
    • Proven ability to review current program planning policy/procedure and align to updated MS Project template and business workflow responsibilities with program schedules.
    • Proven ability to develop and deliver a tailored schedule management plan.
    • Proven ability to review and update program schedule reporting.
    • Proven ability to review project schedules and develop an accurate representation of a critical path alignment with milestones and contractual requirements.
    • Proven ability to implement a standard Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in MS Project.
    • Proven ability to provide project scheduling education, advice and training to the project team members.

    Essential

    2 COVID vaccines + 1 booster

    5+ years of experience in large scale projects and associated scheduling requirements.
