    We are actively seeking a Production Coordinator with experience in the Electronics Manufacturing space. Fantastic opportunity to grow into a career!

    We are looking for a Production Coordinator reporting to the Operations Manager where you will focus on the end to end internal production coordination and project management of the supply of electronic construction materials into large construction projects.

    The goal is to ensure the smooth and cost-efficient flow of our production operations.

    Key Performance Indicators:

    • Planning Scoping;
    • Project Delivery;
    • Meeting Specifications;
    • Documentation and Technical Skills;

    Duties:

    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
    • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility;
    • Ensure resource availability and allocation;
    • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
    • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
    • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques;
    • Report and escalate to management as needed;
    • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
    • Perform risk management to minimise project risks;
    • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors;
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
    • Assisting in the Health & Safety and quality management;

    Requirements:

    • Any relevant qualifications will be of great advantage
    • Knowledge in Project Management system
    • Ability to work with technical information
    • High level communication, problem solving, organisational and time management skills
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Previous Project Coordination skills.

    Work Rights & Salary

    Must have full work rights for Australia;

    Salary Package - $60,000 - $70,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
