Our Government Client based in CBD , has a vacancy for a Project Coordinator to play a key role in supporting an important business transformation program. You will be working across teams to provide resources and tools, knowledge and excellent quality of service to ensure growth and operational efficiency.

As a Project Co-Ordinator, your key responsibilities will be

  • Supporting the Project Manager and the VTIS Project Team
  • Maintenance and Implementation of administrative processes to facilitate the project
  • Preparation of documentation
  • Record keeping including meeting minutes
  • Coordinating activities across the project
  • Providing the status update of the Project’s progress
  • Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the project’s scope and utilising knowledge to improve processes
  • Identifying project risks
  • Project support using Enterprise Project Management (EPM)
  • Processing contracts invoices and requisitions in ARIBA


To be successful for this role, you will have:

  • Experience in supporting IT Projects in a Government department
  • Previous experience in providing secretariat services
  • Preferred experience with Enterprise Project Management and ARIBA
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite Skills
  • Exceptional organisational, customer service and administrative skills
  • Ability to form strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
  • Strong initiative and curiosity to tackle complex challenges
  • Competency in meeting tight deadlines
