Your role as a Project Coordinator is all about working with a team to manage the safe, profitable, timely and quality delivery of projects. You’ll have plenty of opportunities for technical training so you can learn on the job. And you can also look forward to:
- helping with delivery and programming
- assisting with tender negotiations, variations and contract administration
- scoping up works and analysing trade breakdowns
- update and distributing the drawing register
- coordinating meetings with subcontractors, teams and clients (and occasionally taking minutes)
- processing invoices
- assisting with financial management of projects
- managing defects rectification and close-outs
- coordinating EHSQ requirements
To be Successful
You will have demonstrated 2+ years previous experience in a similar role, working on commercial projects in the South Australian market. You will have good understanding of project management within the construction industry (fit-out and refurbishment knowledge is a plus). An accredited degree in Construction Management or similar will be highly regarded.
