    Randstad is currently seeking Project Analyst who can operate with excellence and expertise with solid attention to detail and establish and maintain relationships. Our partnering department is looking for someone enthusiastic and not afraid of a challenge whilst making a positive difference in education in Victoria.

    About your new role

    As a committed team player, the Project Analyst will support the improvement of the project/program planning and delivery process by providing technical and administrative support using methodologies and tools. The Project Analyst will maintain an information management system and provide basic training in the set-up and use of tools.

    What you will need to exceed

    • Facilitate intra-office deployments onto projects and service delivery tasks
    • Led various administrative projects to develop and implement improvements to internal systems, processes, and operational procedures.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance to project teams to enable effective decision-making and achieving outcomes.
    • Be able to report upon performance standards such as timelines, budgets, and quality of outcomes/outputs.

    Essential

    • Proof of 3rd Booster vaccine

    Desirable

    • PRINCE2 Project management
