Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and finalising projects.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure all project phases are documented and tracked.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure milestones are met.
• Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members, to provide updates and gather necessary information.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports and meeting minutes.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, and presentations.
• Track and manage project expenses and budgets.
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts within the project team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Project Administrator, Document Controller, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, SAP, Power BI).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• High resilience to working under pressure
• Proven experience producing high quality reports within timeframes.
