About the company

A large national business with its head office in brand new facilities in Melbourne, this business is looking to expand its team. About the role

A contract role is available based in Melbourne CBD near to Southern Cross station. Reporting in to the Program Manager this Project Administrator role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of one of the key projects within this organisation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Resource onboarding in multiple locations across Australia
  • Organising technical devices and access to applications such as Jira, Microsoft Office
  • Vendor invoicing
  • Organising team meetings & taking meeting minutes where required
  • Team orientation (creating orientation packs, support orientation etc.)
  • Maintaining risks, issues, change logs

Skills & experience

  • 5 years+ working in project coordination or administration roles
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working across IT projects or programs
