Project Administrator

This is your chance to join a top tier multi-disciplinary Construction Company as a project administrator. Based in one of their new project teams, you will be able to put your coordination and scheduling skills to the test. Working in a fast paced and deadline driven environment will also allow you to master your superior organisational and multitasking skills. This role is ideal for those who are outgoing, results driven and are a self starter. This is a not-to-be-missed opportunity that offers great potential for career growth and development!

There are two ongoing temporary roles available. You will be based both in Gladesville and Caringbah.

Your responsibilities:

  • Travel management and diary management for the team when required
  • Manage inbox & correspondence for Project Manager
  • Coordinating team meetings and taking & distributing minutes as required
  • Improving/maintaining admin systems, practices & workflow
  • Prepare and provide project documentation & reports to internal teams & key stakeholders
  • Assisting with on boarding/off boarding of staff
  • Assist with monitoring project progress and addressing potential issues
  • Ad hoc administration to support the team

About you:

  • At least 2 years experience supporting a Project Team in a fast paced environment preferred
  • You are out going, assertive and a self motivator
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Powerpoint, word, Outlook & Sharepoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have the ability to adapt to a work environment that is constantly changing
  • Abilities to work under pressure and effectively prioritise and multitask
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines
