Duties include:
- Participating in internal meetings, taking minutes and distributing communications
- Invoicing
- Assisting Procurement team
- Document and data management/control
- Assistance with financial reporting
- Travel arrangements
- Client liaison
- Onboarding, inductions and medicals
- Diary management
- Checking/processing timesheets
- Compiling data reports
- Assisting with coordination of site staff
Required Skills:
- Large-scale project administration experience desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage high workload and expectations of stakeholders
- Demonstrates attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Natural problem solver
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong computer and MS Office suite skills
- Proven planning and organisational skills
- High level of customer service and professional phone manner
