About the Role:

The Program Officer is responsible for the key activities in enabling implementation of state-wide Management Development education, and coordinating continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

  • Manage the targeting and promotion of courses, tracking enrolments, attendance and organisational performance
  • Monitor and identify issues that may arise with implementation, applying judgement and liaising with stakeholders
  • Delivery of excellent customer service
  • Constantly improve processes, procedures and activities relating to efficient implementation of management education
  • Coordinate projects as directed, including the production of professional correspondence and documentation

About you:

  • Tertiary qualification in a health or business related discipline, adult education/work place training or educational experience – desirable
  • Great customer service skills, with proven experience with stakeholder engagement
  • Proven relationship management, influence and negotiation skills
  • Proven project management and organisational skills applied in a high-volume work environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to draft business documents
