Key Responsibilities:
- Manage program activities for the Specialist Training Program (STP), Psychiatry Workforce Program (PWP), and Medical Physicists Support Program (MPSP).
- Provide high-level administrative and evaluation support, ensuring compliance with project deadlines.
- Liaise with key stakeholders through regular meetings and correspondence.
- Oversee a busy shared inbox and respond to internal and external queries.
- Analyse and resolve complex issues related to programs and stakeholders.
- Contribute to business improvement initiatives, policy development, and operational procedures.
About You:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and time management.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience or knowledge of Australian Government program management and grant management protocols.
