job description

A major player in the utilities sector is looking for a Program Coordinator for an initial 6 week contract with a view to extend to 18 months. Based in Melbourne’s CBD you will be centrally located with multiple public transport routes and local amenities.

This role will be working within the IT PMO and will be responsible for managing and maintaining a wide variety of areas including but not limited to: project budgets, schedules, quality assurance, risk, procurement, documentation etc across 15 projects.

Essential:

  • 5 years minimum of IT Project Coordination experience
  • Supporting multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient with EPM tools, e.g. MS Project
  • Experience with administration tools e.g. SharePoint, Open Text, etc
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills

Desirable:

  • IBM Clarity
  • Utilities experience
