job description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Program Coordinator to join this reputable client side organisation in working on one of the largest rail construction infrastructure programs in Australia.

As a Program Coordinator you will be responsible for updating schedules in Microsoft Project as well as consolidating key inputs (through various stakeholder meetings) into a single monthly report. You will also be responsible for preparing presentations in PowerPoint, maintaining and updating the risk register and running various risk reviews in preparation for the operational readiness of the construction program.

To be successful in this role you must have had previous experience in simple process mapping and also be able to have the ability to use Visio, Excel and Project at an advanced level. You must have a current drivers licence as there may be requirements to travel out to and work from site offices. Having client side transport experience would be beneficial with excellent stakeholder and communication skills being a must for this role.

This intial 12 month contract will be located in and around Macquarie Park with additional travel to sites required to coordinate information as required.
