Through Their cloud-based platform, they deliver the Human Resources infrastructure that underpins international growth, leaving companies free to focus on the strategy that makes it happen. Your new role: - Develop and execute geo-based marketing campaigns that either deliver on broader enterprise brand and marketing campaigns within a specific country, or that are created to meet region-specific business and marketing objectives tied to brand awareness.
    - Drive revenue by understanding why. As the owner of the tech and solutions offering, you're able to influence product strategy with market and sales insights to drive the business forward.
    - Liaison with local market media, sponsorship and event partners to drive regional business and marketing goals.
    - Own the regional product marketing strategy across messaging and positioning, storytelling, go-to-market strategy, pricing and packaging, customer and market research, and new product launches.
    - Get the word out. Plan and coordinate product launches across multiple channels with the primary goal of growing awareness and engagement.
    - Partner with development teams and ride shotgun with Sales Engineers to create educational content about the tech stake and solutions offering
    - Own and drive product launches and release for go-to-market, collaborating with broader marketing team on campaign
    development and educating sales and customer success on what’s coming
    - Serve as the internal evangelist and expert for the product

    About you: - 3-6 years B2B marketing experience, with 4-6 years of that specifically in product marketing and a proven track record of success with technical content strategy and creation. Developer relations or community experience is a plus.
    - Experience working closely with a software development process and/or familiarity for developer teams.
    - Ability to prioritize competing opportunities and balance customer needs versus business priorities
