A wonderful opportunity has presented itself to be part of a large long term strategic project within a leading financial company that will define the future direction of this brand.

This role sits within Life Product Strategy and Pricing team responsible for the product management, pricing and strategy relating to group insurance products and underwritten insurance products.


  • Deliver updated offer documents, SOPs and customer collateral prepared for Project Infinity
  • Drive customer satisfaction, embedding a culture of customer advocacy
  • Assist with strategic initiatives
  • Assist with compliance issues, incidents and audits
  • Champion continuous improvement and implement productivity ideas within your business
  • Manage product enquiries from customers or internal and external business partners relating to strategic initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with your team to deliver positive outcomes for customers, staff and shareholders while building a positive, diverse and inclusive environment.

To be successful:

  • Experience working in financial services
  • The ability to communicate effectively using email, PowerPoint and verbal communications
  • Strong data analytics skills with the ability to use data extracts to draw out insights
  • Ability to learn fast and draw meaningful connections from information provided
  • A bachelor degree (or equivalent) in economics, finance, law, accounting or actuarial science.
