job description

As the Procurement Team Leader, you are specifically charged with the responsibility of profitability analysis of product lines, product availability and purchase and delivery of company products in a timely fashion.

The role:

- Purchasing Processes: Compile purchase order proposals, Enter purchase orders for sea freight and airfreight

- Inventory Control: Initiate queries to sales staff to obtain feedback on consumption trends, maintain stock classifications etc.

-Administrative Tasks: Running reports (Excess Stock, rang of coverage) and Analyse reports (conversion of service class, logistic class based on reports, change stock classification, etc..)

- Management of one Purchasing Officer

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a procurement role, preferably within industrial.

- Strong business acumen and management reporting

- Knowledge of SAP

- Excel Skills, MS Office Australian valid driving licence
