As a Procurement Manager in the marketing division of a large retailer, you will optimise procurement processes and manage contracts to ensure the marketing team has the necessary resources. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the organisation.
Your role:
- Lead the procurement process for marketing-related contracts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify procurement needs and develop comprehensive strategies to address them.
- Oversee the entire contract management process for the marketing category.
- Monitor and analyse market trends to inform procurement strategies and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of governance and transparency.
About you:
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably in a marketing or related field.
- Strong understanding of procurement best practices and contract management
- A relevant tertiary degree or certification in commerce, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
