The Randstad Procurement, Contracts and Supply Chain team is looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join our government client. In this role, you will take part in end-to-end procurement processes and provide support for low-value procurement activities. Your key responsibilities will include developing tender documentation, managing contract documentation, providing procurement advice, and supporting various business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes.
- Develop and coordinate tender and contract documentation.
- Provide advice on procurement policies and contract management.
- Assist in delivering sustainable and social procurement outcomes.
- Deliver procurement training and presentations to staff, including senior management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and relevant legislation.
- Experience with e-tendering systems and contract management software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
