- Guide discussions on modern databases and DevOps practices.

- Foster relationships within the team and contribute to our engineering community.
What You’ll Bring:
- 15+ years of engineering experience, ideally in banking.
- Strong technical knowledge in Java, JavaScript, Kubernetes, Kafka, AWS, and DevOps tools.
- AWS Data Technologies (DynamoDB, Aurora, Neptune)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to delivering business value.
