Our client is an outstanding premier home builder based in the Western Suburbs. Due to growth we are looking for 2 experienced Pre Site Administrators to ensure seamless, and efficient service from breaking first ground to move in date.
This role is required to efficiently and effectively coordinate the administration and customer service process of this well-known and reputable home builder.

- Obtaining all relevant approvals, and information pertaining to the development of the secured land
- Liaising with clients in a professional, courteous and positive manner at all times
- Communicate with customers often to ensure effective communication is met at all times
- Preparing Client HIA Contracts
- Manage from sales approval to all following construction milestones
- Managing a portfolio of pre-construction clients
- Maintaining client contact and providing timely responses to all inquiries
- Following up on finance approvals
- Confirming and chasing up land title confirmations
- Ensuring procedures and checklists are established and maintained
- Ensuring work is processed through workflow
- Driving and coordinating all stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
- Appropriate electronic and hard copy filing for all job files
- Delivery of exceptional customer service at all times
Meeting of targets and KPI’s as set by Team Leader & or Operations Manager
Liaising with Operational and Internal & External Stakeholders to ensure customers are well informed at all times with the correct information.
Conducting contract signing appointments
To be successful in this role you will have:
- 2-3 years experience in residential home building administration is essential
- A much-organised approach to work, understands how to juggle a number of priorities and multi-tasking to ensure delivery on tasks is still in line with appropriate deadlines.
- A willing to serve and deliver attitude. Understands the need to service others and putting their priorities first. A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards others at all times
- Understands customers and how to manage their expectations, has a genuine interest in helping people and resolving issues for people to provide a positive outcome. A great relationship builder driven by exceeding expectations and outstanding feedback
