A leading Engineer company requires a Power BI Data Analyst for a 3 month contract to go permanent based in Norwest Sydney.

As a Power BI Data Analyst your role will see you work on data modelling, analysis and reportin.g

On a daily basis you will be involved with:

Analysing detailed application performance data sets to identify opportunities for continuous performance improvement.
Combining performance data sets to build a picture of service delivery and outcomes
Combining data from a range of sources to populate dashboards
Working with system owners and data custodians to interpret a range of data sources
Identifying trends or patterns in complex data sets using data visualization tools

To succeed in this role you will have:

1 years plus experience with Power BI (Dax language is mandatory).
Strong analytical skills able to map processes and interpret large volumes of data
Excellent knowledge of Excel.
Technical knowledge of data models, database design and data mining techniques
Good communications & command of English language
