      We are seeking a Family Violence Case Manager for our state government client based in Ballarat. This role is full time to 30 June 2022. About the role:- The Family Violence Case Manafer provides advanced assessment and case management services for people who use family violence, primarily those referred to mandated Men’s Behaviour Change Programs (MBCP) who present with complex issues, including alcohol and other drugs and/or mental illness. The role promotes increased client engagement in programs and interventions, leading to increased responsibility for changing their actions and behaviours. The Family Violence Case Manager will take a trauma and evidenced-informed approach to working with clients. The role will contribute to the ongoing safety of women and children by providing individualised responses addressing the risks associated with the use of family violence, and barriers to engagement in behaviour change programs.
