A payments platform organisation based in North Shore are searching for an PMO to join their Delivery team. You will provide administrative and coordination support to ensure consistency and accurate documentation formats across projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing packages of work, schedule dependencies, documentation, procurement, and for providing administrative support
  • Development of the project plan, including analysis, scoping, evaluation and schedules
  • Documentation and resolution of risks and issues
  • Tracking of project expenditure and sign-off within the allocated project budget
  • Document the detailed budget, resource estimations and project schedules; ensuring each project is registered and that business requirements and scope are adequately understood and documented prior to commencement.
  • Conduct of project meetings and tele/video conferences
  • Consistent status reporting across the PMO

Requirements:

  • Formal qualifications in Business, IT or Project Management, or relevant experience.
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role within the IT or Finance industry.
  • Advanced level skills in the day-to-day use of Microsoft Office including Excel, MS Projects, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to effectively create, manage and maintain medium to high complexity spreadsheets, documents and presentations to a high quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and ability to influence outcomes through effective communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience effectively developing and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience in conducting meetings, setting agenda and taking minutes.
