Our client, a leader in road, dry and refrigerated freight is seeking 2 x PM shift Administrator’s to join the team out in Melbourne’s West on a casual basis with full-time hours.

Due to the increased work load, you will need to be reliable, hardworking and willing to work a PM shift.

You will have:

  • 2+ years experience in Transport Administration
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills
  • PM shift working experienced is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to multi task & work under pressure
  • High coordination & administration skills
  • Reliability and commitment
  • The ability to work within a team environment
  • Computer savvy
  • SAP experience preferred

The Position will include:

  • Attending to customer enquiries
  • Liasing & communicating with warehouse staff
  • Processing of orders
  • Dispatching and coordination of deliveries
  • Data entry
  • Processing and tracking of orders
  • Filing, scanning & copying
