We are seeking an experienced Pipe Layer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in pipe laying, with the ability to read plans, knowledge drainage standards, take levels, and use pipe lasers. You will be working on a variety of projects in civil construction, focusing on Sewer, Stormwater, and Watermain installations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lay pipes for sewer, stormwater, and watermain systems according to specifications.
- Read and interpret construction plans and drainage standards.
- Use pipe lasers and take accurate levels.
- Work efficiently in shoring and wet ground conditions.
- Ensure all work complies with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pipe laying.
- Proficiency in reading plans and knowledge of relevant drainage standards.
- Experience working in shoring and wet ground conditions.
- Certificate III in Pipe Laying is advantageous.
- Confined space and loader tickets are a plus.
- High regard for safety and compliance in all tasks.
