- Pay Rates $32-37 per hour + superannuation
- Full Time Hours, 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday
- Immediate commencement within a State Government Department
About the role
We are currently seeking a skilled Personal Estate Officer - in this role, you will be required to:
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to customers
- Complete administration tasks for customers and their finances
- Complete administrative support tasks
- Assist with the set up of new estates
- Resolve customer queries and requests in a professional and efficient manner
Skills and Experience
- Be able to uphold a high level of customer service and confidentiality at all times
- Experience working with irate and difficult customers
- Exposure to the financial sector is preferred
- Ability to work in busy, pressured environments
- Proof of current Police Clearance is required or willingness to obtain
