  • Extensive diary management across multiple time zones
  • Travel and accommodation coordination on a National level
  • Proofreading, document formatting and minute taking
  • Administrative support to the wider team
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, at all levels of seniority
  • Event coordination and management
  • Assisting with reporting and providing data to various areas of the business
  • Plan, coordinate and schedule upcoming business events


As an ideal applicant, you will have the following;

  • Previous experience within a similar capacity
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite skills
  • Results orientated and great problem-solving ability
  • Outstanding organisation skills
  • Fantastic written and oral communication
  • Professional in both presentation and manner
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong levels of drive and enthusiasm
