Our client

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join an expanding company. The ideal person will have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to forward plan. You will have previous experience operating in environments where multitasking is necessary.


Duties for this role will include, but not limited to;

  • Provision of administrative support to the General Manager
  • Day to day diary and email management
  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Run personal errands when needed
  • Organise and prepare meeting materials
  • Preparing reports for management
  • Managing agenda’s for meetings
  • Organizing board packs for managers
  • Proofreading highly confidential documents
  • Assisting the wider team when needed


As an ideal applicant, you will have the following;

  • Must have prior experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Technically proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask stay one step ahead, excellent planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to be flexible surrounding tasks
  • Stakeholder engagement experience
  • Dynamic and positive approach to tasks
