About the role

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Personal Assistant to join an expanding company in the Accounting and Financial Services space. The ideal person will have exceptional organisational skills and the ability to forward plan. You will have previous experience operating in environments where multitasking is necessary.


  • Reporting to company partner
  • Providing administrative support to the team, your role would involve;
  • Diary management, travel bookings
  • Internal event management
  • Answers telephone calls and takes detailed messages
  • Some accounting and financial support in an administration manner

Skills and Experience

  • Must have prior experience working as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Technically proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and multitask stay one step ahead, excellent planning skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to be flexible surrounding tasks
  • Stakeholder engagement experience
  • Dynamic and positive approach to tasks
