job description

Paying up to $70k + Super in a permanent capacity, the responsibilities for the role include the following:

  • Diary Management
  • Coordination of face-to-face & teleconference meetings
  • Coordination of training
  • Coordination of travel for the Sales Manager and the Sales Team
  • Processing of monthly expenses claims
  • Coordination and minuting of team meetings & agendas
  • Invoice and expense management
  • Creating power point presentations
  • Dealing with facilities and maintenance for the office

Experience required:

  • Previous PA/TA, Office Management/Coordination or Senior Admin experience
  • Exceptional MS Office and Internet skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to “think on your feet”
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work in a team environment
