    About the Role...

    Reporting to the Chairman and Executive General Manager based in the Western suburbs, this is a unique opportunity that will allow you to use your exceptional organising, planning and coordination skills in a fast-paced environment.

    The successful candidate will possess the following:

    • High level of integrity, confidentiality, discretion and adherence to professional business standards
    • Highly organised with good time management skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines with an eye for accuracy and detail.
    • Communication to the Board of Directors and Board Committees. This could include ensuring deadlines are met, compiling, and distributing reports for the Board of Directors and correspondence with the Directors and other stakeholders.
    • Proactive attitude and hands on approach to getting work done
    • Strong communication and writing skills
    • Collaborative working style and a team player
    • Corporate and personal travel bookings experience
    • Experience with events, facilities and business administration
    • Ability to work with a diverse group of stakeholders and build trust
    • Hands-on approach to getting work done, being resourceful and focused
    • Flexible and versatile in your approach to handle changing work requirements
    • The ability to learn and pick up new skills quickly, adapt and anticipate requirements
    • Solid experience of Microsoft Office programs, especially MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
    • Experience within the manufacturing or private sector (highly regarded)
