What your new role would involve

As a 360 recruiter, you will be required to advertise, screen candidates, perform reference checks, hunt for project opportunities and develop business through fostering relationships, site visits and cold calling. You would be placing permanent candidates in the early childhood sector for childcare centers, kindergarten etc. You would be coming into a role working alongside a well established team with over 10 years of experience in education and recruitment, wanting to share their knowledge of the education industry.

The Melbourne market is buoyant and we hold relationships with the both National and Local Key Decision makers in the Education Sector.

What we are looking for in you

Preferably you will have worked in a recruitment role previously and / or have been in a sales role.
You would have no hesitation in picking up the phone to make business development calls.
You are a great relationship builder and able to deliver results fast.
