As the People & Culture Business Partner at this expanding financial services firm you will be responsible for your own business unit, supporting cyclical processes, and providing day-to-day employee support. This newly created role is part of a high-performing team and reports directly to the COO.
Your core responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders
- Provide advice and coaching to managers
- Assist with the annual performance review process and remuneration process
- Manage the execution of People processes, such as monitoring probation periods and contract end dates.
- Participate in company-wide People projects as needed.
- Actively contribute as a member of the WHS committee and People Investment and Inclusion Committee.
Key Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, such as HR, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Experience within the Finance industry is advantageous.
- Excellent team player with the ability to work autonomously
