Followmont Transport are seeking an experienced People & Culture Business Partner to join their family oriented work culture to drive the organisation's strategic vision. Reporting to the People & Culture Lead, this is a rare Thornton based opportunity to truly shape the success of their people and the business.

The Role

As the People & Culture Business Partner you will be a key member of the Human Resources team and work closely with Senior Management. You will be the first point of contact for all generalist HR support and guidance and be relied on to enable growth and bringing to life the great culture of Followmont Transport.

The right person for the job will be a high performing, proactive individual who has a keen attention to detail, a common sense approach and a willingness to roll up their sleeves. They will embrace change and be able to adapt and re-prioritise quickly, given the fluid and fast-paced nature of Followmont Transport.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
