The Role

As the People & Culture Business Partner you will be a key member of the Human Resources team and work closely with Senior Management. You will be the first point of contact for all generalist HR support and guidance and be relied on to enable growth and bringing to life the great culture of Followmont Transport.

The right person for the job will be a high performing, proactive individual who has a keen attention to detail, a common sense approach and a willingness to roll up their sleeves. They will embrace change and be able to adapt and re-prioritise quickly, given the fluid and fast-paced nature of Followmont Transport.

Responsibilities

  • Performance management, remuneration and benefits
  • Training and Leadership Development
  • Talent strategy
  • Culture Management

You

  • The natural capacity to be resilient, optimistic and fun to work with, even under pressure
  • Ability to adapt style and approach to positively influence at all levels of the organisation
  • Passion to train and coach managers and supervisors
  • Strong knowledge and experience with ER/IR
  • Proven experience and success working in a blue collar environment
  • Exceptional relationship building and communication skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR initiatives aligned to company strategy
  • Confident advisory approach to all matters from career development pathways to performance management
  • Strong organisational and time management skills

Where do I sign?
